Very Large Antique Handblown Demijohn Approx. 56.5 Circumference 24 in Height. Age appropriate wear for this type of collectible in very good condition. This demijohn is an early piece with a very unique shape. The glass has a blue/green tint. It is hand blown and is not entirely symmetrical. It has a hand tooled applied lip. There are no mold marks. There are imperfections in the glass like bubbles and streaking as would be expected with blown glass of this age. These characteristics were very common in bottles from Europe in the 1800’s.
