So just to make it clear the bottle is EMPTY. This is an antique moulded wine bottle that is branded Wynand Fockink, Amsterdam on the embossed base. If you were to look at this bottle on a shelf though you would think it was free blown… Look at the really fabulous long LADIES LEG neck and string rim which is very crude and very free blown like. The bottle does NOT have any seams but you can see the cylinder is very good and the base is moulded. Really nice striations in the neck where its been formed when made.. These areas have slight ” sickness ” at one side… This grey scaly stuff does scrape off with a thumb nail but I think its going to stain the glass where its been. In collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear. The top rim is chipped in a couple of places but no other chips or cracks in the glass from what I can see. There are some light scuffs and small impacts marks on the surface as well as some sickness and discolouration. Mucky inside and the liquid has dried leaving tide residue in places. There are some manufacturing faults like bubbles etc. Please see pictures for more details and visual confirmation of condition. If you google this company you will see LATER examples with this ” ladies leg ” long neck and the mouths are much better finished off unlike this bottle which is very crude and hand applied like made. 12 and 1/2 inches tall and approx.
